To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday)

  • Use an online form  [insert times OC is available, eg 24/7] to request an appointment. We will respond within [insert OC response time, eg 2 hours] when we are open. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
  • Phone us Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm on 0208 429 9966.
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
  • Use your Patient Access account

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Home visits

Are intended for the housebound, bed-bound, terminally ill patients or those whose condition will deteriorate with travel. If you still think you need a home visit telephone the surgery preferably before 10:30am.

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days

  • Use your Patient Access account to book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance.
  • Use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app).
  • Use an online form [insert times OC is available, eg 24/7] to request an appointment. We will respond within [insert OC response time, eg 2 hours] when we are open. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm. Or use the [OC app if applicable].
  • Phone us Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
  • Use the NHS App [add any alternative tools] to book a screening test or vaccination.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email.

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Cancellations notified less than 30 minutes before the appointment time will be recorded as failure to attend (DNA).

If you need help when we are closed

If the situation is an emergency or life threatening, dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

For urgent medical advice between 6.30pm and 8.30am weekdays, or during weekends and Bank Holidays, use NHS 111.

For children under 5 phone 111.

For people aged 5 and over go to the 111.nhs.uk website.

Extended Hours Hub

We offer evening and weekend appointments through our Extended Hours Hub service.

Patients who are registered with our GP surgeries have access to evening and weekend GP appointments.

We are open daily for out of hours appointments (6.30pm – 8pm), and Saturday (9am – 5Pm). If you would like to have an appointment during these hours, please contact your GP surgery for the first available appointment.’

Depending on your need you might see a doctor, nurse, health care assistant, clinical pharmacist, physician associate, counsellor or a physio.
